Notibar is a WordPress notification bar plugin from Ninja Team, with 8,000+ active installs. The free version handles multiple bars, scheduling, and a live preview editor. Pro runs $29/$49/$99 a year, or $79/$159/$299 as a one-time lifetime purchase.
Floating CTA does one specific job: a per-post product bar with a title, star rating, price, and buy button, server-rendered and built for affiliate publishers. Notibar wasn't built for that job, and it shows.
Notibar is a proper notification bar plugin. You can run several bars on one site, schedule them to start and stop, set daily on/off windows, and preview changes live as you type in a React-based Customizer editor. That's the right tool for a site-wide sale banner, a cookie notice, or an announcement that needs to run for two weeks and then disappear.
Floating CTA doesn't do any of that, on purpose. It shows one bar per post, built from product fields: name, image, star rating, current price, old price, and a CTA button carrying your affiliate link. It's not trying to be a general notification tool.

Notibar Pro undercuts Floating CTA Pro at every tier: $29/$49/$99 a year against our $49/$79/$149, and $79/$159/$299 lifetime against our $149/$239/$449. That's a fair price for what Notibar Pro adds - A/B rotation, analytics, countdown timers, and targeting by country and user role.
Both plugins sell yearly and lifetime licences. Floating CTA Pro also sells monthly, from $5.99, which Notibar does not - useful if you want to run a seasonal campaign and stop paying when it ends.

Notibar's bar renders into an empty #njt-notibar-slot in the footer after its JS bundle runs - about 53KB total. That's the architecture a multi-bar, live-preview React editor needs. It's also the reason Notibar's own WordPress.org reviews include reports of a heavy performance hit and bars left sitting in the page after being dismissed.
You need a per-post product bar with the product name, star rating, price, and buy button always visible while readers scroll. You want it server-rendered, under 10KB, and carrying real Product schema.
